Situation: On a busy suburban the need for acoustic and visual separation from Ourimbah Road was of paramount importance. To achieve the required density the units are smaller than usual but have extensive outdoor spaces and lift access to the basement Car park. All units sold immediately upon completion.
Solution: This development entails eight stylish apartments with underground car parking set within a sensitive residential area. The design seeks to sit in harmony with adjoining single storey and multi-story buildings of varying ages whilst offering contemporary apartment living. Muted tones and understated elegance formed part of the architectural brief. All units are adaptable.
