Situation:
The jetty precinct has required revitalization for many years and the development of medium density residential buildings is an important catalyst to this growth.
Solution: Springfield Developments commissioned Crawford MGA to design a luxury medium density residential development taking advantage of the ocean views and proximity to the marina and associated retail area.
The proposal includes 18 residential units comprising ten 3-bedroom units and eight 2-bedroom units. The units are to be constructed over 3 levels with underground car parking. The basement level car park will provide for 28 car spaces
Quick Facts: This project is located in the emerging jetty precinct.
The ground floor will contain two 3-bedroom units and four 2-bedroom units. The first and second floors will each contain four 3-bedroom units and two 2-bedroom units.
