Located close the Blacktown Central Business District and the railway station, Senso Uno will transform the residential precinct. To be built on the site of the Blacktown Ice Skating Rink the twin towers will provide premium living for local residents.
Solution: The development investigates the vertical integration of community living focused on high aesthetic control and well developed unit amenity.
The building comprises two residential towers on a podium base accommodating retail tenancies and car parking.
