Design a staged warehousing/distribution centre for one of the leading logistic companies
Solution: Constructed of a pre-cast dado & metal clad facade, the extensive dock area and undercover staging zone presents a striking feature of the building. Careful manipulation of the administration block also allows for future sub-tenancies and an integrated building form.
