Client: Kareela Golf Club
Location: Kareela, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Situation: Kareela Golf Club was looking to expand and improve the facilities it was able to offer its members. Crawford Architects was readily able to identify the significant design issues, and plans were prepared that enabled minimum disruption to the daily operations of the Club while the expansion & renovation was carried out.
Solution: We designed improvements and additions to support the need for more space and a refreshed image at Kareela Golf Club.
Quick Facts: The expansion to the gaming room facilities includes increased poker/slot machine room, relocation and creation of new administration space, new entertainment area, new exterior image including porte-cochere vehicular drop off.
Closing Arguments: The creation of a new image has had a direct and beneficial impact on the existing membership and has resulted in increased numbers of people wishing to join the Club. |
