These beach front duplex cottages were designed by Crawford Architects to cater for the growing market demand for well located holiday and/or retirement homes, particularly those on or near the coast.
The building is constructed in simple, low maintenance materials, bagged and lime washed brick to the lower level with fiber cement weatherboards to the top floor.
The internal planning maximizes privacy for the occupants, while permitting excellent natural light and ventilation to all rooms. Each residence has three bedrooms, master with en-suite facilities, bathroom, double garage and an upper level living and dining area with a large outdoor deck area overlooking the ocean. |
