Situation: The developer envisioned “all amenities under one roof” designed for the comfort and convenience of the convention center and hotel guests and visitors.
Solution: The hotel, a Hilton flag, is interconnected with the convention center and includes 294 rooms, 24 condotel units, a ballroom, and meeting facilities. The building connection flows easily and provides intuitive navigation from one space to another accommodating the busiest schedules and most leisurely moments.
Quick Facts: Upon opening in September 2007, it was clear the new Convention Center and Hotel was the centerpiece of the Branson Landing Lifestyle and Waterfront Development. The Landing and Waterfront development, also designed by Crawford, opened in December 2006 and includes a Boutique Hotel with 103 rooms and a Condotel with 104 fractional ownership units. The hotel and condotel are managed by Hilton and are integrated with ground level retail and meeting room facilities.
Closing Arguments: The Branson Landing development commands breathtaking views of the waterfront and town square and is enjoyed by over 4.5 million visitors annually. |
